KCOM chooses B38 Group as TFM
Following a competitive tender, B38 Group have been awarded the total facilities management contract for leading telecommunications business KCOM. We will be providing a full range of property support and facilities services across its sites throughout the UK.
One of the longest established providers of communications services in the UK, KCOM is headquartered in Kingston upon Hull and serves residents and businesses with internet and telephone services. It has seven offices located in Hull, Wakefield, Exeter, Ipswich, London and Hemel Hempstead, as well as 113 network sites.
B38 Group was awarded a 36-month contract following a competitive tender. We will provide a total facilities management (TFM) service including technical building services such as maintenance of fire alarms, lifts and dry risers. The provision extends to cleaning, catering and waste management services.
