Tudor Group the Facilities Management company with offices in Manchester have announced that they have acquired AQS a Welsh cleaning contractor following further investment from Foresight Group.
AQS is a specialist cleaning contractor operating out of Rhondda Cynon Taff. It provides cleaning services to prestigious clients, which include high profile sporting venues and stadiums across Wales and the South West of England.
Since Foresight made its original investment in 2016, Tudor has worked to scale operations, introducing improvements to health and safety, finance and IT systems. The acquisition of AQS – on the back of a £1.1m boost – will allow it to grow revenues further.
