JOBS SAVED BY COMMERCIAL CLEANING DEAL
Almost 90 jobs have been safeguarded after administrators secured a buyer for a provider of commercial cleaning services.
Miles Needham and Sarah Cook, partners at specialist business advisory firm FRP Advisory, were appointed joint administrators of Welwyn Garden City-headquartered Puraskara Ltd, which trades as Total Solutions, on 14 August 2019.
The company, which works across Greater London, had ceased trading prior to FRP Advisory’s appointment.
However, the joint administrators were able to source a buyer for the business and the sale of Total Solutions to SSE Rail Ltd secured the jobs of all seven full-time colleagues and 82 contract cleaners.
According to its website, services offered by Total Solutions included building maintenance, reconstructive architectural stone repairs, historic building conservation, high level cleaning, sandblasting, stone restoration, render cleaning and cladding cleaning.
