TRADEBE ACQUIRES AVANTI ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP FROM STERICYCLE INC

Tradebe has acquired Avanti Environmental Group from Stericycle Inc. This is the second significant acquisition in 2018 that is driven by the company’s strategic business growth plans, which are focused on strengthening and enhancing Tradebe’s position in the UK hazardous waste market.
Avanti operates treatment and transfer sites in England and Scotland, supported by a significant fleet of vehicles. The company employs over 140 people and boasts a wealth of assets and services including an advanced transfer station in North West England, waste services in the Scottish Central Belt and the Highlands, niche services for the laboratory and automotive markets, and a plastics recycling division. The services are supported by an established UK infrastructure of transport routes and vehicles.
